I am a writer and editor based in Nova Scotia, Canada. I hold a BA in English Literature and Environment, Sustainability & Society (University of King’s College) and a Certificate in Publishing (Toronto Metropolitan University).

I’m a member of the Writers’ Federation of Nova Scotia (WFNS) and the Editors’ Association of Canada.

In 2013, I received the Joyce Barkhouse Writing for Children award from WFNS for a fantasy novella manuscript. I’m a three-time finalist of the international NYC Midnight Flash Fiction Challenge.

Since 2014 I have edited and contributed to Open Heart Forgery, a grassroots poetry project for writers and readers in Nova Scotia and beyond.
